FAQ

1. What is the turn around time?
On average the turn around time from start to finish is aprox 3 weeks. This includes delivery across Canada. The process can take longer if the customer does not approve the initial proof or if the customer requests extensive design changes. PLEASE NOTE: extensive design changes are subject to a redesign fee of $40 cdn.

Extensive design changes can be averted if the customer is very specific when they submit their order. Please remember to include details for: names, dates, pets, special places etc. The more we know about Your Story, the easier it is for us to design it. 

*HOWEVER, during Christmas and other holiday times your order can take 4-5 weeks. Please see our holiday order deadline dates below.

2. What is included?  The design of your custom image, printing on archival canvas with archival inks, UV lamination, 
insured shipping across Canada* ** and taxes. Each canvas comes ready to hang on a 1.75″ frame.

*for our Large Statement Pieces, shipping is not included.
Please inquire and we will provide you with a quote from UPS.
Please note: the largest canvas we offer is 44×90.

**some rural deliveries require an extended delivery fee from UPS. If your Postal Code contains 0’s or 1’s you can purchase the extended delivery up front. Alternatively, we can send you a separate invoice once the extended delivery has been determined. 

3. Which companies do you use for delivery?
 – Local deliveries in London, Ontario are handled by a local courier. 
 – Deliveries outside of London and across Canada are handled by UPS.

4. Holiday Deadlines

Christmas
Please submit your order no later than 11:59pm on November 20 for delivery by December 21.

NOTE: you must approve your proof no later than December 5 at noon.

5. Do you do fundraising?
Yes we do! In fact we are passionate about giving back. For each package purchased through your fundraiser  we will donate $20 back to the charity, team, cause or organization of your choice. Connect with us today to learn more about how you can fundraise with us.
